ChildGuard ChildGuard is a monitoring tool for the safety of children who use mobile phones at a young age. Our main focus will be children between the age of 3 and 14. Our application will help parents to ensure the safety of their children in daily activities. With the growing technological advancements, it is getting easier to track almost anything. With this application, parents will stay informed of their child’s activities by live-tracking their location and keeping logs of browser history, screen time of various applications, phonebooks, live calls, and many more things. It will be deployed in such a way that the child will not be able to see or disable it without the parents’ consent. We are living in a time where technology has become a need and it is becoming difficult for us to keep young underage children away from their smartphones and tablets. Teachers and researchers are using technology to improve learning experiences for these children, but at the same time, children are getting affected in other ways. Our aim for developing this application is not only to monitor what a child doing but also to balance life inside and outside this world of technology. The teenage brain is still developing and we need to understand how excessive device usage may affect a youngster's mental health. Therefore, it is important to recognize the complex changes occurring in an adolescent’s still-developing brain to monitor their everyday activities. Therefore, we have planned to develop an application that will be used by parents to keep track of every activity that their child is up to. It will be installed by parents with the consent of their child. Technology Used: Android studio, Firebase Database, FCM, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, Node JS, Angular.
