RideEZ
A car booking app for smooth customer and driver experience. The main focus of RideEZ is to protects company's share of charges, ensures customer's right of space and privacy, and balances demand and supply of cabs providing all time easy access.
The app provides the customer with an easy interface to smoothly book a cab, communicate with driver, and track the journey. The driver and cab will be registered with the app so customer's safety is ensured. A review and rating feature will assist the customer to hire trustworthy driver.
In order to assist the driver AI techniques are used to recommend nearby places with higher ride demands. Moreover, the driver will have certain flexible options in order to maximize the usage of time and fuel.
The drivers who deliberately cancel the rides to exempt company charges will be identified using frequent pattern mining algorithms and will be reported to admin for further actions.
Features include:
- Instructing drivers where to go based on availability of customers and shortage of cars.
- Detecting deliberate ride cancellation by drivers in order to avoid company's charges.
- Ensuring customer's privacy during the ride.
- Adding all other basic features of a ride booking app.
- Easy to use and unique interface.
