Final Project:  SPEECH2FACE - Speech Recognition Based on Facial Images  [PyTorch, Python]:
Working on implementing a deep neural network model that learns the correspondence between facial and vocal
features of humans which is used to reconstruct a facial image from just the sound sample. This reconstruction is then
used to match a voice sample to a particular facial image.
Semester Projects:
Synthesizing normalized faces from facial features [PyTorch, Python]:
A deep CNN that generates a front-facing neutral expression face given a face containing any expression or pose.
High Performance DBLP Dataset Parser [Python]:
Designed efficient search algorithms and used hash-maps to answer queries on the large dataset with millions of
rows.
EasyTable [Android, Java]:
Developed an android application for university students that reads weekly timetable, creates schedule, notifies
students before the classes and allows for clash resolution between courses.
Front Facing Neutral Expression Face Dataset [Python, Google Cloud Vision]:
Created 1.5 million front-facing neutral expression images. Utilized VGG v2 face dataset. Reduced from 3million to 8k
front-facing neutral expression images using Google Cloud Vision API. Then by using face morphing as data
augmentation, created 1.5 million entries.
One-Shot Image Recognition [Python, PyTorch]:
Implemented a one-shot image classification network trained on the Omniglot characters dataset.
