SmartPlot SmartPlot is a system that aims to automate all activities involved in the process of property dealing. It’s major ground breaking feature is the ability to show all plots present in a particular housing society directly on a map interface. Using this, users can locate exactly where plots are located on the map along with proper shape and dimensions before deciding on buying a plot. How does SmartPlot do it? It uses only the raw image of the housing society master plan in formats such as png,jpg etc and extracts necessary Plot information from that and transforms that information to be displayed directly on a map interface. In addition to just displaying Plots on a map, SmartPlot also enable users to interact with the plots directly on the map differently based on their level of authorizations. Features include: A highly interactive map generated from a map image allowing the dragging, dropping, resizing of plots to adjust shape/location of Plots. An onboard chat system allowing buyers and sellers to communicate with each other and negotiate any offers regarding plots.
