Flexchain 

Flexchain is a web application that is created to facilitate all the teacher and students by providing 
them a single portal to add and see the marks, grades and attendance. Flexchain is using the 
private, permissioned Blockchain to achieve the mentioned goal. Blockchain technology will provide 
us decentralized P-2-P system to overcome the constraints of centralized database system. The 
project is being built for the University members only. The application consists of two approaches, one available in the Student mode which is to be used to allow Students to have access to their 
marks and grades in their particular courses. While another mode is in teacher/Hod mode where 
he/she can manage the block chain, add blocks and verify them before adding to the original block 
chain. 
Features include: 
 Academics related operations like Course Registration, Attendance, Marks and grades 
Distribution through Blockchain.  
 HOD of the department has the authority to Mine the Block into the Blockchain. 
 A special buffer has been created to store the unmined Blocks until they mined. 
 Real time P-2-P Connection and transfer of data through Internet. 
 Key cryptographic Features like Digital Signature, public
