Final Project: Mobile Wallets and Gen Z: Enhancing Retention through Social Media Marketing, Al, EWOM, and Customer Satisfaction. 
To examine how various mobile wallet applications in Pakistan are utilizing social media marketing, electronic word-of-mouth, artificial intelligence, and other strategies to improve customer satisfaction and enhance user retention among Gen Z. 
Semester Projects 
Sustainability Audit: Did a sustainability audit of a restaurant and gave them suggestions on how they can incorporate sustainable practices in their business. 
Marketing Plan: Devised a digital marketing plan for a start-up skin and haircare business. 
Business Idea: My group and I launched a business idea focused on succulent plants, creating an online page and showcasing our products at a NasCon stall. This initiative later evolved into a business. 
Performance Management System: Interviewed HBL's manager about their current PMS system and gave suggestions on how they can further improve it. 
Research paper: "The effect of Patriarchy on Female Employees in Pakistan: Job Satisfaction, Career Development, and Equal Opportunities" Got accepted internationally
