Muhammad Usama Mujeeb (i17-0554) 
 
 It is with great honor and pleasure that I get to express my unparalleled tenure with the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST) in complete honesty, as the most influential and defining cornerstone to my personal and professional life. One of the highlights of my university life is being awarded a bronze medal in the fourth semester. 
 If I were to be 100% candid about my experiences, this degree wasn't really something you get served on a plate but it had to be earned with tireless sleepless days & nights. It is a bliss for me to say that despite the challenges, it is due to my incredibly supportive teachers and the amount of hard work I've put in, which resulted in me making up to the Dean's list twice and writing this high achiever's note. 
 Therefore, the vital lesson I wish to propagate here is: “It’s never the end”. Always thrive to emerge as a better version of yourself than yesterday. The deeper the darkness, the brighter the light shines, and remember, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. My struggles became my strength, and my despair became my hope, simply because I refused to stay down. And I believe, the same is possible for anyone. Persistence, faith in Allah Almighty and myself, and diligence, once set as your allies can help you do wonders beyond bounds. 
 Finally, I would like to conclude this note by thanking my teachers and mentors for their invaluable support & guidance, and the faith that they have placed in me. NUCES FAST has been precious to me, and I hope in the coming years, I can reflect upon my time here and find even more to learn and appreciate.
