Umar khurram Mirza (i17-0521)  
 
It is a great pleasure and pride for me that I have achieved an achievement in University Life. 
National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST) has awarded me with one medal in 
my life which was a bronze medal in the third semester. 
Putting aside the awards, since I have been given the platform, I would like to tell you that you 
should never quit in your life.It is important for you to know that problems are part of life but there 
are solutions. You will find many ups and downs in university life but you don't have to back down 
but you have to push them and have to come up with solutions because you deserve that. I've been 
through a lot of hurdles in my university life, but I've never given up. Because the greatest discovery 
you can make is that nothing is impossible. Lastly I would say that If you have a desire to do 
something, you can do it, problems can come in your way, but you can overcome those problems. 
Because the difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack 
of knowledge, but rather a lack of will. 
Lastly, I am extremely grateful to my teachers and my university for teaching me how to overcome 
problems in life and for giving me an opportunity to gain knowledge and learn. FAST has helped 
develop my character and I hope it continues to do so for the next generations to come.
