RATAR 
RAT-AR is an augmented reality based remote assistance platform. It will change the way 
technicians work on maintenance and repair operations. RAT-AR platform allows customer care 
agents or technicians to work remotely, executing common technical tasks and maintenance 
procedures in real-time. The display of real-time 3D annotations on environments and objects help 
teams solve problems efficiently and with no extra relocation costs. For example, a customer can be guided
