The Impact of Financial Literacy on Financial Satisfaction with Moderated Mediation of Financial Socialization and Personal Financial Management. This study will analyze the impact of financial literacy on financial satisfaction using a moderated mediating model where financial socialization is the moderator and personal financial management is the mediator. Financial literacy is the independent variable whereas financial satisfaction is considered to be the dependent variable. Financial socialization moderates the relationship between financial literacy and personal financial management, financial literacy and financial satisfaction, and personal financial management and financial satisfaction whereas personal financial management mediates between financial literacy and financial socialization. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of financial literacy on financial satisfaction, to examine the mediating role of personal financial management in the relationship between financial literacy and financial satisfaction, to examine the moderating effect of financial socialization on the relationship between financial literacy, personal financial management, and financial satisfaction, and to investigate how demographics affect the relationship between financial literacy and financial satisfaction. The study is conducted as emphasis needs to be given to personal financial management and financial satisfaction due to the COVID-19 pandemic and because not much research has been done in Pakistan, let alone using a moderated-mediating model.
