ABMS-AXA BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM In these recent times of evolution, high rise buildings have become a global standard to efficiently utilize space. Once built, they have very limited resources for maintenance and rehabilitation. To expand the service life of such an infrastructure, a management system is essential. Our project will operate on the deterministic model approach with the help of data analysis, to provide the end user with overall energy savings through predictive maintenance, convenience. In the absence of such a system, there is no mechanism in place to critically analyze your business' operational efficiency and achieve new heights. A Building Management System is an all in all computer-based control system application with a unique and distinctive motive of providing cloud-based monitoring and control to extensive structures. It has both, hardware and software, and is fully customizable depending upon certain factors. Integrated in a hierarchical manner, the idea is to monitor the building's electrical mechanical equipment, collect the respective data and after traversing and transforming it through a gateway, providing essential analysis through predictive maintenance which can give wide-scale control options. Such systems are called Analytics driven Embedded systems. There has been a lot of emphasis on the term “predictive maintenance” as it forms the basis of the product that is to be developed and essentially refers to observing meaningful trends in data and taking consequent action.
