Dissertation: Shariah Governance and Bank Risks – A comparative study of group affiliated and Non-Group
Affiliated Islamic banks with moderating role of bank’s country of origin.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Shariah governance and bank risks of the Group
Affiliated and non-group affiliated Islamic banks with moderating role of bank's country of origin.
To explores the effectiveness of implementation of Shariah Governance and how it affects the risks in the bank.

To figure out how does disclosure quality effect financial performance and company value
Horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, sensitive analysis and ratios are being calculated.
