Final Project:  CLASSMATE - Classroom Multimedia Teaching Environment
Final Year Project focused on creating a standalone device for bridging the gap between online and in class
learning.
The device combined the features of a consumer tablet and a document camera for live streaming/scanning lecture
notes for students.
Semester Projects:
American Sign Language Recognition using Python ScikitLearn
The project successfully detected and identified alphabets in American Sign Language from the MNIST dataset.
Contrasted and compared the performance of major machine learning algorithms i.e. CNN, KNN, Decision Trees,
Random Forests for our use case.
Maker's Lab - Database Management System
Project focused on building a relational database management system for a lab using SQL, CSS, HTML and PHP.
Featured a fully functioning frontend for taking user information, registration and feedback.
Additional implementations for canned queries for database administrator
Climate Control using Raspberry Pi, ESP8266, NodeRED and MQTT
Project used a Raspberry Pi as a broker between two ESP8266 clients to actuate a fan based on temperature and
humidity readings.
Implementation of various Operating System Scheduling algorithms using C++
Implemented and simulated FCFSand SJF scheduling algorithms to schedule a list of various processes using linked
lists in C++.
