SMART HUB FOR AIR CONDITIONING NETWORK
OVERVIEW
The lack of remote and Wi-Fi access in most ACs makes it difficult to efficiently manage the temperature of a home or apartment; using different remotes and climate options for different rooms with air conditioners of different makes and models is an inefficient process. To address this problem, the product will retrofit existing split ACs with modules that will connect all individual ACs through a central hub via Wi-Fi and IR Communication. This will allow users to control their climate conditions through a mobile app, with various options for control. Overall, this retrofitting project can update dumb air conditioning systems into smart ones, in a cost effective manner.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
MOBILE APP THAT WILL SEND THE REQUIRED COMMAND TO THE CENTRAL HUB
CENTRAL HUB WILL RELAY THE COMMAND SENT FROM PHONE TO THE AIR CONDITIONER VIA WI-FI
A MODULE THAT WILL BE PLACED ON THE AC WILL RELAY THE INFORMATION SENT FROM THE MOBILE APP VIA IR TRANSMISSION AND WILL PERFORM THE REQUIRED OPERATION
