MitCount: Website & App
Research and Development Project in which extensive research has been done on finding the Mitotic Count, which is the number of Mitotic Cells, within a Histopathological Image. Mitotic Count can help lead to finding the Mitotic Rate, which is the rate at which the mitotic count increases. This is an important element in evaluating the Prognosis of Cancer. Website and App, both will be only for use for Doctors. Comparative Analysis has been done using several deep learning techniques on datasets created using various colour segmentations. Pathologists will be able to upload histopathological image for each patient through the website to get an estimate of how many mitotic cells are present in the image alongside the predicted locations of those cells.

Website Features:
- Upload Histopathological Image to get Mitotic Count
- Storage of each patient’s information over time
- Sharing of patient information between doctors

App Features:
- Doctor will be able to check Patient histories on mobiles

Technology Used:
Python, PyTorch, OpenCV, Flask, Flutter, MySQL, BootStrap, Tensorflow, JavaScript
