Poca is a Secure Medical System that collects Medical Examination Reports in Image form, fetches the data in text form,
Process it, and Implement it in a Block Chain Based System, in which confidential data of Patient and Doctor will be stored in encrypted
‘orm. Upon Doctor’s Demand, the required Encrypted data is decrypted and presented in Customized Graphical Representation (Charts
‘containing Medical Records of a Specific Patient).
