Analysing multifaceted factors affecting investment decisions
in Pakistan

In the past 4 years, the country has encountered critical changes in these factors, and
their repercussions are apparent in the current situation of the country. Due to the
economic landscape in Pakistan, the study aims to fill the gaps in understanding emerging
dynamics inside Pakistan's economic downturn, especially the effect of generative AI on
financial decisions. Breaking down the decrease in Gross Fixed Capital Development,
both local and foreign investments, this study focuses on the interrelations of
macroeconomic factors and the need to investigate how these components shape the
behaviours of organizations and people. Also, it explores the moderating role of
demographics and generative AI on investment decisions. Investigating the particular
investment avenues such as gold, real estate and stocks, this study explores the
challenges posed by regulatory uncertainties, political instability, and rising interest rates.
