he Smart IoT-Based Inigation System is an automated watering solution designed to improve
· -rigation efficiency using real-time soil and environmental monitoring. The system is built around an
SP32 microcontroller, which collects data from a soil moisture sensor, DHT temperature &
umidity sensor, and a water flow sensor. Based on predefined moisture thresholds, the ESP32
utomatically controls a water pump via a relay module-activating irrigation when soil moisture
·ops below optimal levels and stopping once the desired condition is reached. The system connects
o the cloud through Wi-Fi, enabling real-time data upload to Google Sheets for remote monitoring,
loging, and performance analysis.

onitoring, this project aims to reduce water wastage by approximately 20-30%, while maintaining

measurement of water usage, promoting accountability and precision.

armers, home gardeners, and future smart agriculture deployments. The project demonstrates how
