Project Report Bike Buddy: A Financial Feasibility Study
Bike Buddy is a platform designed to enhance urban mobility by providing reliable motorbike
inspection services, ensuring transparency and trust in the buying and selling process. It aims to
through certified mechanics and a user-friendly digital platform. The project aligns with Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs) such as Decent Work & Economic Growth by creating new job
opportunities, Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure and partnership for the goals by finding different

for all users. A market survey revealed a significant demand for trustworthy inspection services, with
respondents highlighting concerns over fraud, safety, and resale value. Bike Buddy's model, inspired
by Velofix, Eco, and PakWheels, incorporates on-site inspections, digital reports, and subscription
feasibility study explores its viability through revenue analysis, cost assessments, and risk evaluation.

technology and green financing, in the context of the economic situation have made organizations
halt and reevaluate their businesses for key advancement of financial execution and firm worth.
Climate change threatens many risks and building the resilience to these challenges is paramount in
an era like today. The objective of this study is to investigate how ESG practices can be successfully
integrated to increase financial performance, enhance firm value while strengthening the business
resilience against climate-related risks, leveraging on cutting edge technologies and utilizing green
finance.
The research will adopt a mixed method approach to focus on major South Asian economies such as
and industry case studies from 100 companies. Relationships are explored among these variables
