This research fills the theoretical and practical gaps that exist in turnover prediction with a more holistic, data-driven
approach to address both internal and external factors that influence employee turnover. It therefore not only
enhances predictive accuracy but enables organizations to strengthen their brand as employers in contributing to a
sustainable and engaged workforce.
