Fingl PrQ[e.c.t: Automating Call Center Operations using Al Agents [ASR, LLM, TIS, Pytorch, PostgreSQL]
An Al Agent that automates Call Center Operations. It replaces human agents with Al-driven interactions, enabling
businesses to handle high volumes of client interactions efficiently and cost-effectively. AutoEngage leverages
Speech-to-Text (STT), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) to create human-like conversations,
providing quick accurate and personalized communication.

Air Quality Index (AQI) Prediction System [MLFlow, DVC, FastAPI, Github Actions, Docker, Python]:
A complete MLOps pipeline collected live environmental data and applied forecasting capabilities for Air Quality Index
prediction.
Neural Machine Translation [Python, NLTK, Pytorch]:
A GRU employed RNN to translate Urdu (source) language to English (Target) Language.
Automated Glaucoma Detection [Tensorflow, Image Segmentation]:
Built an ODC segmentation model using CNN/U-Net to detect glaucoma via cup-to-disc ratio on retinal images.
University LMS Project [ASP .Net, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript]:
A University LMS that works as a centralized entity for teachers and students to manage coursework and academics.
