Final Project: Bio Muscle Analyzer, a wearable band that measures real-time muscle stress to support faster recovery. 
The system uses an IMU sensor to monitor joint angles and analyze movement patterns, while an sEMG (surface

helps analyze muscle load and detect stress during physical activity.
