Bio Muscle Analyzer 
The Bio Muscle Analyzer is an affordable, wearable arm-band designed to monitor real-time muscle stress and 
joint kinematics to prevent musculoskeletal injuries. The system implements synchronizes data from two 
MyoWare 2.0 sEMG sensors (tracking bicep/tricep activity) and an MPU-9250 IMU for 6-axis motion tracking. 
Using a dual-ESP32 architecture, the primary "Band" unit captures raw physiological readings and executes 
the Algorithm critical MVC-based Normalization to convert microvolts into a user-specific Stress Percentage 
(0-100%). Simultaneously, it applies a first-order Complementary Filter to provide a drift-free joint angle 
(theta). 
These biomechanical insights are t ransmitted via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to a secondary receiver hub. 
This hub calculates a comprehensive "Stress Index" by cross-referencing muscle force with posture, driving a 
local I2C LCD for instant visual feedback and triggering real-time alerts for hazardous states like muscle 
co-contraction or over-extension. This deterministic approach offers a scientifically grounded solution for athletes and rehabilitation patients without the complexity of machine learning.
