These biomechanical insights are t ransmitted via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to a secondary receiver hub. This hub calculates a comprehensive "Stress Index" by cross-referencing muscle force with posture, driving a local I2C LCD for instant visual feedback and triggering real-time alerts for hazardous states like muscle co-contraction or over-extension. This deterministic approach offers a scientifically grounded solution for athletes and rehabilitation patients without the complexity of machine learning.
