Professional Profile
Passionate electrical engineer with a research focus on Wireless Communications,
Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, along with experience in 6G technology i.e.,
Intelligent Reflecting Surfaces. Seeking my professional career as a Software or
Machine Learning Engineer to apply problem-solving skills towards solving real-life
challenges.
Education
BE Electrical Engineering
School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science , 3.82
FSc (Pre-Engineering)
Government College University (GCU) , 1054/1100 (2020)
Internship Experience
ESDAC Research Lab ( 27-Jun-2022 - 02-Sep-2022 )
Responsible for testing Object Detection Algorithms such as Yolo v5 and EfficientDet
for Robust Fringes Detection on Jetson Nano. Worked in a group of two to write
Python scripts that allow anyone to send an image to Jetson Nano to detect fringes in
it.
Projects
Cab Booking System in C++
Worked in a group of three to create a cab booking system that allows users to book rides and also
stores the data of the drivers and customers. Coded using Visual Studio Code, we accomplished by
using Object Oriented Concepts concepts in it.
Bird Detection and Repellent System
Worked in a group of three to create a bird detection algorithm using machine learning techniques
that detects bird voices using a microphone and generates noise to deter them. Created a
customized dataset of bird's voices and accomplished using TensorFlow API.
PID Controller for 1-Axis Drone
Worked in a group of five to design and implement a PID controller for a single-axis drone that
stabilizes itself under different disturbances. Used Arduino IDE for coding the Arduino
microprocessor to act like a PID controller.
RISC-V Processor Design in Verilog and FPGA Implementation
Worked in a group of three to design a RISC-V 32-bit processor that performs its 37 basic
operations such as arithmetic, branch/jump, store/load and logical, etc. Coded in Xilinix Vivado
using Verilog, we utilized RISC-V ISA and tested it by generating Fibaonni Series on FPGA Board.

AI enrichment

Muhammad Moiz is a recent Electrical Engineering graduate with a strong academic record and a focus on machine learning, computer vision, and wireless communications.
