We have fully exploited Action, Display, Store and Time BLOCK functionalities of Scratch Game Development Software. Player enjoy high resolution characters' movements apart from some newly Touch Tone Telephone Dialing using DTMF A Simulated Project constructing 16 different pattern of frequencies. 12 of them are used worldwide when making a call and a combined set of 16 is used for military purposes. We have used the concepts of Dual Tone Multi Frequency(DTMF) by combining Two Fourier Transforms Patterns (one for Rows and one for Col Campus Management System using C++ A Basic Campus Management System constructed according to Object-Oriented Programming and Competitive Programming Approach using C++ Language. It allows 3 different types of access; one for student, one for teacher and for Administration. Student Access allows basic features like Attendance Check, Enrol Wind Direction Detector using Grey Code A 4-bit Wind Director Detector using Multiplexer ICs to detect direction of Wind. A specific 4 bit Grey Code is assigned to 16 different directions with angle interval of 22.50 degrees. Direction sensitivity is till NNE (Northern North-East).
