Led the Insurance portfolio department of the whole conglomerate with production facilities at four cities across Pakistan as well as a logistic arm of the group. Renegotiated premiums worth up-to $1.5 Million saving $200,000 in the process. Created SOP’s for the whole department to be incorporated in ERP.
