• Analysis of Pakistani Industries report on Spices industry which assisted me understanding the Pakistani markets well and how to deal with people
• Organizational Behavior report on “Affects of Management Styles on Performance Appraisal” at Bank Al-Habib which helped me understand the entire performance appraisal system and the influence different leadership styles have on subordinate performance
