After working for two years in sales and marketing I realized that in order to develop my career to its fullest potential, I must pursue an MBA degree. MBA has developed my ability to work in any diversified working environment. IBA has provided me with skills and opportunities for my personal growth, and has given me an easy reach to the industry. My motive behind doing MBA was to reach my fullest potential in my professional life. IBA has helped me greatly to transform my dream into a reality.

My experience at IBA helped me learn not only from the teachers, but also the diverse environment of students here. It has helped me to capitalize upon my strengths and to improve on my weaknesses in order to gain advantage of the opportunities out there in the world. Moreover, it has helped me improve my presentation skills. It was a great learning experience each day, thus my motive behind getting an MBA, i.e. to learn and develop, has successfully been achieved.

IBA has provided me with an experience, I will cherish all my life. Being the manager of the IBA Marketing Club greatly developed my leadership skills, and my ability to develop, motivate and form a successful team. It was a step towards my personal development. IBA provides a direct liaison with the professional world throughout the globe due to its strong alumni network. IBA’s influential alumni network helps individuals like me to excel in our professions.

As far as pursuing a specific career is concerned, keeping in view my potential and past occupation which has already introduced me to the dynamic world of marketing and sales, I would like to take the next step – branding, marketing and advertising.
