After being part of three startups and trying to set up numerous attempts to run my own thing I finally came to the conclusion that I needed an MBA to get a grip of how to handle a business. For that I came to one of the best business institutes in Pakistan, IBA. IBA has given me the tools and understanding to be able to perform in the business world. IBA has made me to be productive member of the corporate world in Pakistan. At IBA, I have acquired the ability to learn from a diverse range of people. Through its alumni, IBA also gave me immediate access to a large network of successful people who can help me to get better connected and will definitely help me in climbing up on my career ladder. One of the best things I got on from IBA was being selected to go for the Tsinghua Student Exchange Program in China. Tsinghua is one of the top universities of China and students from the best schools around the world had come to our international exchange program. Not only did we learn from the teachers from this rich institute but we also got to learn from the students who had come from all across the globe. One of the richest insights that I feel I got was getting an understanding of the various norms of different cultures especially when working with each other. It also gave me a better insight of my own cultural norms when compared to all these different cultures and through the reflection of my peers. Such understanding and experience is undoubtedly priceless. I am delighted that i came to IBA and my future is definitely going to be a direct result of the two years that I have spent here.
