Before joining IBA, I was working with Auvitronics Limited, vendors of Indus Motor Company, located at H.I.T.E. During my work I realized the need to polish my managerial skills. I found myself enjoying managerial jobs, interacting with people, formulating, implementing and evaluating plans. I was heading a team of 22 people and was reporting directly to the Manager Production. Although I was skillful in handling the technical issues related to machines installed there, but I understood that engineering and management have to work together. B.E. gave me technical knowledge required, but I needed to understand things through an integrated approach. So to better understand the industry requirement, management strategy and needs I chose to apply for MBA from IBA, one the best business schools of the country.

Joining IBA gave me an opportunity to build and gain knowledge about the corporate world from the dedicated and hardworking faculty and a network of IBA students, alumni & qualified business leaders. It further helped me in developing and planning my future career path. MBA program from IBA is one of the resources that will enable me to achieve my life's ambition Insha'Allah. MBA gave me the holistic picture of how an organization works and understanding of various functions in organization. The case study approach has increased my understanding and interpreting capability. IBA helped me in building my own skills, developing my brand and network. Apart from the hard skills of management, finance, research, marketing, economics, operations, and accounting, IBA has also taught me soft skills like teamwork, ethics, communication and leadership that I believe has not only helped me in my career but has also led to a holistic development. The on-going seminars at the campuses enable the students to better understand about the corporate world situation by listening to the competent professionals from various organizations who share their knowledge and experiences with us. The various projects that are given to me during my tenure at IBA, have enabled me to analyze an organization's position in an industry.
