After completing my Bachelor’s degree, I got the opportunity to work with International Retailers which equipped me with international market
knowledge and made me aware of global practices.  Through this opportunity I got familiarized with International marketing strategies. By working in
eminent positions I was responsible to develop products, pricing, and promoting it through international tradeshows and activities.  This inspired me
to further develop my expertise in this filed, hence I set forth to acquire formal degree in Business management. Based on my interaction with highly
qualified top management and rich history I resolved to join IBA for my pursuit of knowledge.
Along with my education at IBA, I interned at Pepsi Co Intl. in Key Accounts department where I applied my academic knowledge and learnt great deal
about marketing products in organized trade. Additionally, I was the conference manager for International Conference of Marketing (ICM) the only
international marketing conference hosted by IBA. As a Conference manager for ICM 2014, I developed and executed the entire marketing strategies
including its social media activations along with other operational and financial responsibilities. IBA gave me another platform to apply my academic
knowledge through my MBA project. I applied my knowledge and experience to assess market viability for product launch and developed a marketing
plan for a leading FMCG company. All of this provided me with hands on experience of marketing management and prepped an appropriate mind set
for this industry.
I am a staunch believer that hard work and perseverance with positive attitude can move mountains hence I can be defined by this and it has also
enabled me to overcome every challenge that I encountered in life.
I am a self-motivated person, who learns by setting challenging goals. I believe in pushing the limits beyond comfort because it has always maximized
my learning and enabled me in unleashing the hidden potentials. My determination and continuous hard work has built in me the attitude of never settling
for less and always achieving what I have set out for. .
Over the years, through my qualifications and experience I have developed diversified skills set and strong interest in Marketing and brand management.
I aspire to work in challenging and dynamic work environment to fully utilize my capabilities and potentials to benefit the organization and society to the fullest.
