• Reviewed the financial pattern of product wise revenue streams of the past 3 years and analyze the effects of various changes in credit monitoring policy over total revenues in order to make future forecasts. Identified areas that are prone to deviation and recommended stronger controls for them.
• Prepared an “Ideal” PTCL Business Model, gave recommendation to a panel of judges in terms of strengthening the functional departments such as Finance, Marketing, HR, IT and sales.
Jul 2012 - Aug 2012 :6 weeks Internship at EFU General Insurance
• Reviewed the insurance policies in the fire, motor and miscellaneous departments for 2 months and prepared premium charges for these policies
• Prepared Risk Inspection Reports for clients in Eureka Express and Rafi & Sons (showroom)
