• Designed and Executed a training workshop (Duration: 45 minutes) based on teaching life-saving techniques to the participants.
• Conducted an interactive workshop highlighting the stages of failure and how companies and individuals can effectively reverse their spiral into decline. The workshop was inspired by ‘How the Mighty Fall, and Why Some Companies Never Give In’ by Jim Collins.
• Conducted a research study on ‘The effects of workplace environment on employee motivation’. The company selected was Tapal Tea (Pvt) Ltd.
• Analyzed and modified Redbull Pakistan’s recruitment strategy.
• Conducted in-depth primary and secondary research on women entrepreneurs of Pakistan to build case studies on their experiences.
• Delivered a comprehensive live case study on the introduction, rise and current standing of Omore, a product of Engro Foods Ltd. We examined the factors that allow new brands to give older, established brands a run for their money.
• Conducted a group research study and presentation on the state of the Fisheries Sector of Pakistan, and the measures that can be taken to improve it.
