Choosing IBA was an obvious choice considering its reputation and stature as a premier business school of the country, but leaving work and joining MBA was a tough decision. But, after this wonderful learning journey, I feel it was a wise decision. During these two years, I have learned to be assertive, passionate and have felt the importance of academic environment. Paying a very high opportunity cost has made this experience a value addition to my profile. Today, I believe in accountability and strategic vision as corner stones of businesses in which I want to be an active participant. I want to contribute and feel empowered when I step in to the realm of serving my country.
I have understood the importance of strategic management to face the changing needs of the external environment. I am prepared to contribute to the improvement and growth of an organization. I have worked with dynamic personalities and learnt to differentiate between practical effectiveness and efficiency. It was a wonderful experience to learn with top notch individuals that brought forward cross functional expertise in the classroom environment.
I feel confident in stepping in to the corporate world with experience as well as knowledge of Finance, Human Resource, Supply Chain and Marketing; as I have experienced these funtional harmony for business to run successfully.
