IBA remains one of the superior business schools in the region. As an alumnus of this institution, it was difficult for me to imagine a place better suited to my temperament and abilities.
IBA’s MBA program; with it rigorous case study method, expanded my existing consciousness and knowledge, and while learning continues throughout
life, the academic setting allowed for reflection and research. This enabled the development of ideas and facts in unexpected ways, thereby bringing
innovation, and offered repeated opportunities to create ever more effective thinking habits.
During the MBA, I was selected for an Exchange program to represent IBA at the IAE Aix-Marseilles Graduate School of Management, France where
I spent one entire semester. Here, I was part of a student body consisting of over thirty different nationalities. It was a wonderful experience in terms
of exposure not just with the French but also with a competent set of global individuals. I feel that being part of a diverse group of people, in terms
of age, experience and backgrounds, teaches you to be immensely patient with yourself and others and pushes you to think with an open mind in order
to arrive at mutually agreed decisions. I also took this opportunity to travel around the region and get to know as much as possible about the local
cultures. Having lived abroad and seen things from the “other side”, I feel that I am more aware and appreciative of my surroundings as I am able to
view their potentials from a more universal perspective.
Professionally, I see myself as part of the top management of a large corporation. I would like to leverage my expertise in Brands, Trade Marketing,
Customer Development and Market Analysis and work my way up through there.
