After completing BBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi in the year 2011, I have had the opportunity to work with couple
of very good organizations which had some positive impacts on my professional development.  I worked as the ‘Management Trainee’ at Indus Motor
Company (IMC) for a period of one year.  In this role, I had come across numerous responsibilities which include formulating and presenting the monthly
performance/strategy presentations for the Sales Department to the IMC Board of Directors and chairman, and managing the branding/sales activities
of the largest dealerships (volume wise) in the South Region.  I also worked as the ‘Supply Chain Officer’ at Genix Pharmaceuticals for another year.
My main task was to develop the supply policies and strategic decision making functions.
Being an alumnus of IBA, I was aware of its quality education and consider it as the benchmark for higher education in the country.  The history of
this institute and the faculty strength were the main motivational factors, which encouraged me to pursue my MBA from IBA.  Apart from the academic
development, which I am able to achieve at this institute, I also have the opportunity to experience personal growth. The faculty of IBA consists of
numerous PHDs and individuals with vast experiences in the Pakistani business environment.
