Graduating with an engineering degree from a reputable university was truly a blessing for me which aided me with technological knowledge and helped me understand how things work in the corporate world. Soon after my graduation, I started working for a renowned Textile company where I got chance to lead the organization towards continuous growth meanwhile improving my management & leadership skills. However, there was something missing in my career in order to get accelerated growth and to explore new horizons. And that was an MBA degree from a reputable university. My thirst for continuous growth and my passion to explore new horizons urged me to join IBA for an MBA program. IBA’s recognition with its vast alumni network spread both nationally and internationally was the prime reason for selecting IBA. The overall experience of IBA has polished my management & leadership skills, taught me how to critically analyze different scenarios and also improved my conflict management skills. The rigorous curriculum and interactive class environment built up my confidence and the case study methodology added further value to it. This entire exposure & training was possible due to continuous interaction with IBA’s praiseworthy faculty and industry experts. Over the time, I established my interest and skills in marketing specifically Sales & Market Research which were full of challenges. My engineering expertise and passion for marketing would be a perfect blend to accomplish all the professional challenges. I envision myself working for a vibrant organization where I can leverage my expertise to expedite initiatives which promote learning for self, team and company.
