Working in agriculture industry after completing my MS Agriculture was undoubtedly a very valuable experience for me in terms of getting an in-
depth knowledge of agriculture products, markets and customers. The epoch of five years that I spent in Engro Fertilizers Limited not only enhanced
my professional skills but also groomed my overall personality. I learned many things at Engro, like; how to plan activities, how to communicate well,
and how to lead a team. I had also receivedSix Sigma certification there.
As the saying goes “If your next day is not better than today, you are like a stone”. I also believe in it and try to improve my knowledge, skills, and expertise
on a continuing basis. Admission in MBA in top notch business school of Pakistan, IBA-Karachi, was asubstantial step of this improvement process.
I selected IBA for my MBA degree because of several reasons. Apart from highly qualified faculty, case study based methodology and learning
environment, IBA has also a very inspiring history of its prestigious alumni, anda legacy of success, leadership and quality. Another important aspect
that makes IBA different from other business schools is its strong heritage of WhartonBusiness School, University of Pennsylvania.
My decision of MBA from IBA was quite right. I found IBA more than what I was expecting. I have gained invaluable knowledge of business education,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills and modern concepts of management and leadership. I am looking forward to use my knowledge, skills, and expertise that I have gained in my life, so far, for the betterment of my family and professional life and the community where I will live and interact.
