It all started when I was in TRG working as a Quality Assurance Executive for Qubee. As a people’s person, enjoyed my job which involved working closely with clients. At that point, I was keen to consider my career from a HR and Organization Behavior perspective. I joined IBA with the goal of majoring in HR; however as semesters progressed by I found that it was marketing and advertising which really interest me. I have a work experience of over 2 years in Customer Services and I have been “employee of the month” numerous times in my career. I had a vision to push Qubee’s customer services to the next level. This is what I want to do in my life – make a difference. IBA assured me that making a difference is possible. All we need is appropriate skills set and the right amount of passion. We all talk about how instrumental IBA is in providing its students to discover themselves through the extracurricular activities that we get involved in. But we miss mentioning the strong ethics and high morals it is instilling in the students. I believe this is the foremost thing which I have gained from IBA.
