After successfully completing four years of graduation from IBA in 2011, I returned back for my Master’s degree in 2014. My decision to opt for
IBA was based on the experiences that I gained during my BBA in terms of acquired knowledge and skills set which are essential to be a successful
professional in the competitive corporate world. The core management courses in my MBA Program have prepared me to take on managerial positions
with greater ease and have provided me with the motivation to materialize my career ambitions. In addition, the case study teaching methodology at
IBA has enabled us to master essential analytical, leadership and decision making skills, grooming students into competitive individuals, ready to
capitalize on the growth opportunities at the global level.
An MBA, from a coveted institute like IBA along with my more than two years of work experience has provided me with the opportunity to learn from
some of the most talented people in the market and to gear up for the challenges and stresses that lies ahead in my career. During the course of my
professional experience I have been able to showcase best of my talents and progressed continuously. I received an award for excellence at work by
the CEO of SCB and SCLL. I also developed myself not just professionally but also academically by completing CSA-Credit Skills Assessment Program
and enrolling in IBP certification.
