The four year academic journey served as an amazing learning experience that led to my personal development and made me capable to serve ourcorporate sector. For around two years, I worked as a research analyst that provided me with a great deal of exposure. My job responsibility involved interaction with senior management of major financial institutions in the country.This really provided me a chance to learn from their experiences and added tremendously to my knowledge base. However, I realized that in order to grow further, I needed an MBA degree. My past experience at the institute as well as the recent developments in the MBA program made me choose IBA. The MBA program equips one with all the skills required to succeed at the work place. It has helped me polish my soft skills and provided me an opportunity to learn from other students who have worked in different industries. I was able to learn in a better way, given that I had gained some practical experience before joining the MBA program. During MBA, I also got the opportunity to diversify my knowledge base into the field of Supply Chain Management.
