Master’s in Business Administration degree offered at Institute of Business Administration suits my individual needs in alignment with the 10 year goal of my business career. The requirement of managing one’s own family business is becoming increasingly more challenging these days. Human expertise, especially in strategic management is necessary to make a business more competitive and successful. I believe not only the theoretical knowledge, but the practical exposure being provided while studying at IBA allows me to successfully lead my company. Courses such as Operations Management and Corporate Strategy will fulfil my objectives in working, managing, expanding and eventually directing my company. Additionally, because of the versatile faculty, state of the art campus, exceptional academic program, case study methodology, best practices by IBA staff and most up-to-date research library, I feel proud to be at IBA for my MBA program. The student life at IBA is appealing and has a reputation of a great study atmosphere. From my childhood, I have always been an active supporter of social causes. I have vowed to be a part of an organization which aims to help the poor and needy who are living in drastic situations and need our support. As I have always valued education among all things, I would definitely like to work part-time in the education sector in the less privileged areas of Sindh. Of even greater importance, along with my coursework, my family businesses in large scale contracting and manufacturing provided me with a great opportunity to use my knowledge & skills and apply them to the real world. My current company is a family run organization started four decades ago by my Grandfather. After completion of my MBA degree, I feel that I will be in a better position with additional business knowledge that will add to my abilities to serve and satisfy customers. With a strong background in the Economics and Finance subjects, I concentrated on the management, marketing and the interpersonal competencies which are essential to achieve my career goals. I am in pursuit of managing and supervise a successful, well organized firm in the HVAC sector in Pakistan which is of utmost importance to me.
