That really provided me an immense opportunity of learning and groomed my leadership and personal management skills. At one end,I had a chance to directly interact with the CEO’s of the companies we were working with, which built confidence in mewhile making me realize about my analytical and reasoning ability.On the other hand, I had to manage my on-site team of workers who were very essential for meeting committed deadlines; which helped me develop Human Resource Management skills. This all led to self-realization of what my personal strengths are and what I really enjoy doing. I found myself a dedicated and passionate worker with the eye for smallest details while keeping the focus towards the larger picture. Even though, I have won awards for design accomplishments, I was always more interested in the contextual or large scale development that can create a major and more evident impact. Pursuing management without been formally trained for it and the quest of my entrepreneurial spirit became my reason for seeking admission in IBA and I have thoroughly enjoyed challenging myself with subjects as diverse as strategy and finance. IBA has shaped my business acumen and its unconventional pedagogy, combination of courses, interaction with diversestudent body, and highly qualified & professional faculty has thoroughly enhanced my knowledge base resulted in enriching me with a thought process that is needed to achieve milestones in life with excellence. I have also ventured into marketing subjects to understand the correlation among various organizational functionsin order tobecome a valuable team member. I am an ambitious and a goal-oriented professional with eagerness to learn and passion to excel in whatever I do.
