Having a B.S degree from the department of Food Science & Technology provided me with the basic skill set to work in a technical department within the food industry. After working with an indenting firm for more than two years, I realized that this degree was not enough for me. The skills I needed to grow in my career were a bit different from those which I have already learnt. To acquire those necessary skills, I opted to go ahead with MBA and there were no doubts in my mind while choosing IBA, as it is the most prestigious institute of the country. The MBA program at IBA did not only provide me with the theoretical knowledge but also trained me how to implement these management concepts through various real time programs and problem-solution scenarios. In IBA, our learning is not limited to the courses we are taught, but there are also several extracurricular activities which assist us to unleash and enhance our skills and expertise. In upcoming years, I want to see myself working for an FMCG company which is concerned about the community and welfare of people along with generating revenues and profits. I would like to work in a challenging as well as motivating environment in which I can utilize all my skills and abilities for the betterment of myself, the organization and the country. I would also like to join any educational institute in order to give back the society what I have learnt and gain through different institutes. Teaching is a noble profession and requires a lot of effort and contribution from educated people, like us. In order to improve our education system, I would like to offer my services to the organizations working for the same purpose in the domain of education.
