• I received a silver medal from Beacon House Faisalabad for securing 2 As in my second year at Alevels.

• I received a 50 percent scholarship for the second year of my Alevels for securing 2 As in my first year.

• I was awarded the prize for the student of the year 2009 by the City School Khanewal for my all round 
performance. I was part of the cricket and table tennis teams, won the inter school debates and islamic quiz
competition and was second in my class in terms of academics.  
 
Jun 2009
• I represented Pakistan at the Harvard Initiative for Latin American Relations in Harvard University, Boston. I had to present on 
entrepreneurial prospects and challenges within Pakistan and attend discussions on human rights, amnesty issues and ethical
business. 
• I represented Pakistan at the South American Business Forum in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I was selected on the basis of my 
essay based on the topic "Challenge of Inclusion". 
• I was director Program Design for the Politik 15; an event by the IBA social science society to help the youth get informed about 
the choices and rights they have with context to the different institutions around. I designed the script for the event that featured 
more than 200 participants and invited guest speakers like Asad Umar, Farooq Sattar, Nehal Hashmi, Haidar Abbas Rizvi and 
Arif Alvi. 
• I was selected as one of the 20 participants from all across Pakistan for a literary translation workshop co-arranged by the 
British Council, Oxford University Press and the British Center for Literary Translation. I was acknowledged as the youngest 
participant at the event.
Marketing

• I have been working with the Center for Entrepreneurial Development at IBA as a case study assistant. I meet and interview 
budding women entrepreneurs and transcribe their inspirational stories into interesting case studies that are used to teach 
entrepreneurship students at IBA.

• I was selected for internship at Engro Corporation and was later stationed in Multan at the Engro Foods regional sales office. 
The project that was assigned to me was Engro Foods Asset Agreement Alignment. I finished the project within the deadline 
assigned to me. 
 -    |  Reading Room Project   |  Member Curriculum Design
• I interned at the Reading Room Project Karachi; an initiative by Mashall Chaudhary that is striving to shift Pakistani youth 
towards digital literacy. I was part of the curriculum design team and had to meet students and prepare content that was easy 
yet interesting.
 -    |  EDHI FOUNDATION   |  Social Intern
• I performed my social internship with the Edhi Foundation Khanewal associated with the rural rehabiliation program. I had to 
help collect funds for the foundation by  inviting well-off members of the community. In addition to that I had to visit villages and 
survey what the villagers considered there major problems were; an initiative by the economic survey of Pakistan.

• I am working for the Youlin Magazine; an initiative of the Pak-China institute that intends to develop cultural ties between the 
two countries by covering drama, art and music. I covered Zia Mohyeddin's play "DhaitiDeewarein" for the magazine and my piece 
was published on their website.
