An analysis of the current system was required which involved identifying the most pressing challenges for the organization in this domain and recommending feasible imporvements. • Term Report on the Performance and Compensation Structure of Matco Rice. Thorough primary and secondary researches were required in order to study the demand in the industry, the players and the trends of consumption, sales and market growth in the past 5 years Jun 2014 - Jul 2014 | British Council Pakistan | Intern Worked in the Business Support Services Department under the Executive HR Officer and fulfilled the following responsibilities: • Created the customer database of the British Council Pakistan’s regional office at Karachi. This involved gathering contacts, verifying them and compiling the information in a user-friendly way that could ease communications both internally and externally. • Had an opportunity to learn about and experience the HR processes at British Council Pakistan that ensured compliance with UK Standards and were also made to fit the Pakistani environment. • Created a training record for the British Council’s employees that could notify as soon as the training expires and there is a need of another training exercise to be conducted. • Had first-hand experience of using SAP for the maintenance of HR information of the British Council Pakistan.
