By doing MBA from IBA, I have not just only gained knowledge of different sets of skills but also it enhanced my personal development. As a graduate from IBA Karachi, the rigorous and intensive MBA program structure has polished my management skills and enhanced my leadership capabilities. The nature of courses in MBA program is more critical thinking oriented which have enabled me to broaden my perspective and increase effectiveness. IBA MBA program focuses on case studies and how to address real life business management issues; this prepared me how to analyze problems carefully and critically instead of making rash decisions based on emotion. Additionally, my two years of experience at Askari Bank as Management Trainee and Assistant Manager Commercial Credit gave me a substantial practical exposure in working for a banking sector in Pakistan, evidence of my leadership and analytical skills can be seen in my responsibilities at Askari Bank. During my MBA program at IBA, I undertook MBA project where I was engaged with Premier Group for their supply chain management project. The scope of that project includes analysis of their current distribution and warehousing system, further develops the optimizing strategy based on Lean principles and world best practices and execution of it. My Masters of Business Management from IBA, combined with my professional experiences has been excellent preparation for a growth oriented career where I can offer a combination of practical experience and up-to date theoretical knowledge to achieve great success.
