"Education is a tool which imparts distinction. It provides competitive 
advantage. After successfully completing my graduation in pharmacy by 
obtaining Pharm-D, I steeped in the field of pharmaceutical sales and 
marketing. I selected the very field because my basic degree, aptitude 
and skills bolster my credentials to excel in it. In order to get better 
insight of business studies, I sought admission in MBA program at IBA. 
IBA is one of the most prestigious business schools in Pakistan and the 
best on in Karachi. The specialized faculty at IBA that works 
strenuously hard to instill skills; which are mandatory to achieve 
excellence. Furthermore, the case study based teaching methodology, 
competition oriented evaluation, individual grooming, diversified 
environment, 
healthy 
social 
interaction, 
potential 
networking 
opportunities, leadership focused business management, practical and 
business simulation, and state of the art facilities allure me to get enroll 
in IBA.
MBA sensitized me about the importance of time management, efficient 
communication skills, how to behave in organization, how to be a 
productive member in a pluralistic organization, significance of 
innovation, and role of leadership in business organization.  Since, all 
the aforementioned traits and skills are pre-requisite to be the head of a 
large organization; therefore, I opted for the MBA program.
I started my professional career in GETZ Pharma, a leading national 
pharmaceutical organization, as a territory manager. In a very short 
span, I stood out by achieving high sales targets, meeting short 
deadlines, conceptualizing creative and innovative ideas, imparting 
professionalism in my team, gaining high esteem and respects from 
colleagues, and expanding pools of customers. I was awarded the best 
territory manager twice during my career. Also many on job training 
awards are on my name. 
My professional objective is to be the part of core group of a high scale 
organization. I aim to initiate projects that will get degree of recognition 
from all the segment of society. I want to tap the potential of innovation 
to lead the business world. I want to be a role model and an agent of 
change in the society."
