After the completion of my undergraduate degree in Business Administration-H, I thought to acquire business skills and knowledge, I decided to pursue my MBA from a reputed local or foreign university. IBA helped me become a harder working person then I was before. The challenging curriculum and significant work load made me realize my strengths that were unexplored previously. IBA also provided me with the opportunity to travel to Malaysia and experience a different culture. During this visit we were able to understand how businesses operate on the global arena and how economies of different countries are linked and dependent on each other. As an employee in AAA Dyeing and Finishing, and being daughter of the owner, I realized how running a business entails multiple responsibilities of administration. The work experience enabled me to understand the importance of leadership skills required in entrepreneurial ventures and how managing risks can help businesses grow and improve in comparison to competitors. While working for SMAR Intl., I appreciated how research can be important for brand managers and how it supports businesses in making good decisions which lead to the success and growth of the brands. My professional objectives, in the short run, are to get into a corporate arena where I can put my skills and training into practice and gain an in-depth knowledge of industry best-practices. In the long-run, I plan to be an entrepreneur, build my own business and play my role as a productive member of the society.
